The Neurology Federation of Uganda (NFU) is a legally registered, incorporated and licensed Professional Association as a Company Limited by Guarantee by the Government of the Republic of Uganda.
This voluntary association was registered and incorporated in June 2024, bringing together all Physician Neurologists in Uganda for professional development, fellowship, effectiveness and proficiency in service.

To mobilize and organize all physician neurologists and affiliated professionals involved in neurology medical services in Uganda.
To standardize neurological medical services dispensed to the general public in Uganda for quality assurance.
To provide a forum for professional fellowship, social equity and unity amongst members.
To advocate for professional rights and privileges of association members.
To advocate for participation in planning, policy-making and implementation of neurological healthcare services.

Democratic Governance for Professional Excellence
The association is led and managed by the elected National Executive Committee (NEC) as per the precepts and guidelines of Neurology Federation of Uganda (NFU) constitution (Articles and Memorandum of Association). The NEC ensures democratic governance, transparency, and accountability in all association activities and programs.
